Clark Foundation Board

The Clark Foundation Board is separate and distinct from the Clark Retirement Community Board. Foundation board members are elected to three-year terms, and may serve up to three terms consecutively. The Foundation board has three primary responsibilities:

  • actively engage in fundraising
  • oversee financial management of the Foundation’s assets
  • promote Clark by being ambassadors in the community
