Cerebral Evidence

Welcome To Clark At Home

Clark has been partnering with mature adults to help them increase their quality of life for more than a century. While the Clark name has been synonymous with outstanding care, our services were available only if you moved to our community. Now we're bringing the trademark Clark care right to your front door.

We take time to get to know both your needs as well as your preferences. While everyone is unique, we find a common thread among Clark at Home clients - a passionate desire for independence.

We understand that you want to do as much as you can for yourself, and you want to remain in your own home. Clark at Home provides both home health care as well as personal services to help you meet that goal. What's the difference? A physician orders home health services, which are provided by nurses, rehabilitation therapists and social workers. Personal services include homemaking, transportation and personal care, just to name a few. Instead of hiring two agencies, Clark at Home can help you with both types of services.
